Dear Customer,
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Prepare the goods for return
Pack the goods back in their original packaging (if possible) or other suitable packaging that will ensure safe transport.
2. Include the necessary information
Include the invoice or order number and your name in the package. This will help us quickly identify your return and speed up the return process.
3. Choose a shipping company
Select the shipping company of your preference and send the package to the following address:

We reimburse postage up to 8 €, just send us a copy of the receipt by e-mail.
4. Return processing
As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will start processing them. We will inform you about the progress by e-mail. The money will be refunded to the account from which the order was paid, within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
