WHICH PERSONAL DATA ARE SUBMITTED AND TO WHO?
While making order at e-store unuokids.com you are submitting following personal data to the controller, i.e. company company Unuodesign Ltd., registered office atVožická 329, 391 37 Chotoviny Czech Republic, company ID No.: 27380076, VAT ID: CZ27380076, incorporated in the Companies Register kept by the Municipal Court in Ceske Budejovice, Section C, insert 24746:
- name and surname
- company name
- phone number
- delivery and billing address
- IN, VAT id
Same data you are submitting also in case of registration on unuokids.com. The way of data processing for these two cases are the same.
WHAT FOR ARE PERSONAL DATA SUBMITTED?
Name, surname, delivery address and phone number are used by controller solely for delivery of ordered goods. Billing address, company name, IN and VAT id are used for invoicing. E-mail is used for creating user's account after registration and for user's identification when logging into the user's account (e-mail address serves as a username).
HOW LONG WILL DATA BE STORED?
Controller keeps all above mentioned personal data for a span of 10 years. After this span data are deleted.
WHO ACCESSES PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data processing is done by employees of the controller and by suppliers of software and web hosting services (e-shop administrator and web hosting provider), who are bound to secrecy by contract about data processing with the controller. Same type of contract will be between controller and possible future software and application suppliers to whom may personal data processing apply.
WHICH ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS REGARDING SUBMITTED PERSONAL DATA?
According to the law about personal data protection your right is to:
- demand information which of your personal data are being processed,
- demand explanation about processing of your personal data,
- update or delete your personal data through user's account administration,
- demand update or deletion of personal data via e-mail request,
- in case of doubt about managing obligations regarding personal data processing, you may appeal to us or to the Office for Personal Data Protection.
HOW DO WE USE COOKIES?
At unuokids.com e-store information about users IP addresses, time spent at e-store sites and address from which users came to e-store are collected. These informations are used to accurate and improve our services.
In case we would decide to use cookies for purpose of targeting adverts or to supply information to third parties, we would do so only with user's consent.
It is possible to view sites of the e-store with disabled cookies to prevent collection of personal data. You may turn the cookies off in your web browser.

In case you submit your e-mail address for the purpose of receiving newsletter (either by checking newsletter option while placing order or making registration, or by submitting in newsletter subscribe box) it will be used solely for this purpose.
